The person in this role will work with project teams developing a modern data platform in a cloud environment for global brands. They will work in an international environment, specializing in BI & Big Data cloud architecture and the latest technologies in that area, and promote the principles of the DataOps manifesto.

Minimum 1 year of experience in QA gained through projects or internships
Good knowledge of Python basics and willingness to learn test automation
Good understanding of SQL and relational databases
Basic familiarity with ETL/ELT and data warehousing/BI concepts
Basic understanding of REST API concepts
Very good knowledge of English (B2+) enabling work in an international environment
Proactive approach to tasks, problem-solving attitude and critical thinking skills
Flexibility, independence and responsibility for assigned tasks
A constant desire to improve your skills and learn new technologies
Test and validate data solutions, including ETL/ELT, data pipelines and APIs
Support and expand automated testing
Validate configuration files used in data pipelines based on defined rules
Verify that reports and dashboards and data-driven applications work correctly
Create and execute test scenarios and test cases for data pipelines and BI
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process
Report and track defects in Jira/ClickUp and support retesting after fixes
Prepare and maintain QA-related documentation
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to understand requirements and improve data quality
