Strategic Alliances Lead

The person hired for this position will focus on building and scaling strategic partnerships with leading technology companies such as Microsoft and Databricks, supporting the growth of BitPeak’s Data & AI business in Poland and globally. They will drive co-selling initiatives, develop joint go-to-market strategies, and build strong relationships with key partners while staying up to date with trends in the Data & AI ecosystem.

Requirements

    Develop and manage strategic partnerships with technology companies (Microsoft, Databricks), while monitoring their effectiveness

    Build and grow the sales pipeline, actively supporting co-selling initiatives in the company’s strategic sectors

    Design and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners

  • liPoint

    Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams at BitPeak to identify and leverage synergies

  • liPoint

    Manage partner programs and strengthen BitPeak’s position within partner ecosystems

  • liPoint

    Identify and develop new collaboration opportunities based on client needs and market trends (Data & AI)

  • liPoint

    Negotiate partnership terms and commercial models, including co-sell initiatives and joint deals

  • liPoint

    Evolve and align BitPeak’s offering with the strategic goals of key technology partners

Responsibilities

  • liPoint

    At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, including cooperation with Microsoft or Databricks (preferably within a consulting environment), with proven experience in building a sales pipeline

  • liPoint

    Strong understanding of client needs and market expectations, with the ability to translate them into partnership strategies

  • liPoint

    Solid knowledge of partner ecosystems, particularly in the Data & AI domain

  • liPoint

    Experience or a clear vision for building and managing partnerships end-to-end, with a focus on increasing partner impact in the ecosystem, combining sales, technology, and delivery perspectives

  • liPoint

    Strong relationship-building skills at a senior (Senior+) level, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities

  • liPoint

    Business-oriented mindset with a strong focus on results

  • liPoint

    Experience in co-creating and executing account plans with technology partners, working towards shared sales targets

  • liPoint

    Very good command of English (minimum C1)
