Junior SAP Consultant

In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of data solutions within the SAP domain, supporting the design, development, and implementation of data warehouses and IT systems. The core of your work will focus on applying native data modeling within the SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) environment, using Business Application Studio to build modern analytical solutions in HANA Cloud.

Requirements

Knowledge of data modeling in native SAP HANA environment (HANA Calculation Views)
Knowledge of concepts related to the SAP BW/4HANA data warehouse
Basic hands-on experience or familiarity with the ETL tools (e.g. SAP BODS, Informatica PowerCenter)
Familiarity with the SAP BTP platform and the Business Application Studio tool
Good foundational knowledge of SQL (writing queries, understanding joins, basic data structures)
Solid understanding of data warehousing principles
Ability to diagnose issues and respond to them quickly and effectively
Very good command of English (minimum B2/C1 level), enabling work in an international environment
Flexibility, independence, effectiveness in action, and responsibility for assigned tasks

Responsibilities

Supporting the team with the design, development and implementation of the native HANA Cloud data warehouse solution
Cooperating with end users (business stakeholders) in gathering and analyzing requirements for data included in the new solution
Designing and developing changes in ETL processes
Designing database models and reporting/analytical data marts
Active participation in solution testing, including creating and maintaining the system’s technical and functional documentation
