Junior Business System Analyst

You will join a team working on modern analytical solutions for companies in Poland and worldwide. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and project teams to transform business needs into technical solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, gain experience in Business Intelligence, and engage with cloud technologies while continuously developing your analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or data analysis gained through projects or internships
Ability to gather, verify, and manage business requirements, especially in Business Intelligence initiatives
Basic knowledge of SQL and an understanding of databases and ETL processes
Ability to analyze and understand client data and business processes
Experience (or willingness to develop skills) in creating and maintaining documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user guides
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering business value
Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and summaries to support decision-making
Willingness to participate in internal and external knowledge-sharing initiatives and continuous self-development
Good command of English – at least B2 level
Understanding of Data & BI concepts (data warehouses, data lakes/lakehouses) would be nice to have
Basic experience with: Power BI (or other reporting tools), UML and BPMN, Azure or AWS cloud components for data storage, processing, and presentation would be an advantage

Responsibilities

Collaboration with the Client and the project team
Gathering, verifying, and managing requirements within Business Intelligence initiatives
Understanding client data and business processes
Creating and maintaining documentation related to requirements, design, and user guides
Preparing reports, presentations, and summaries
Planning and supporting internal testing and UAT
Active participation in internal and external initiatives to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous development for yourself and team members
