One day, one space, one team. Last Friday, the BitPeak team came together at Samo Centrum Wszechświata to reflect on the past year, align on plans for 2026, and connect beyond daily roles.

Charting the course: Highlights from 2025 and plans for 2026

BitPeak leadership presented a review of 2025 and outlined strategic priorities for 2026. The session also included recognition of employees whose impact stood out over the past year.

The Top Performer award was presented to team members who delivered exceptional results, while additional recognition went to those who strengthened BitPeak’s expert presence in the market through public speaking, article writing, and active participation in conferences. The presentation set the tone for an afternoon focused on collaboration, shared purpose, and growth.

Decoding collaboration: Cross-team building in action

After the formal part, the workshops and puzzles with Team Labs began.

Participants followed a designed sequence of integration tasks focused on communication and cooperation while increasing motivation for shared action. Strong emphasis was placed on cross-team building, maximizing interaction between teams, and strengthening coordination beyond day-to-day structures. We worked together to uncover a mysterious code that led to the discovery of the prize.

Building connections after hours

In the evening, we moved to informal conversations between team members from different departments and locations. With drinks and snacks, colleagues had space to catch up, exchange ideas, and build connections in a relaxed setting. Around 8.30 PM, we sat down for dinner and kicked off the evening party with a DJ.

The atmosphere was lively, and everyone had a chance to celebrate together. The event once again proved that at BitPeak, we work with passion and celebrate with the same energy.
