The 11th edition of the Chief Data Officer Forum ended yesterday.
Once again, BitPeak was a substantive partner of the conference, and together with our client, we had a chance to present on stage a topic on Data architecture challenges in global deployments.
Sebastian Kamiński opened a discussion on how the cultural aspect, market characteristics, and process owners – or their absence – can impact the implementation of data management and data governance projects.
At the BitPeak booth, Krzysztof K. Zdeb, Anna Biernacka, Michał Kołodziejski and Magdalena Kowalska talked, listened and discussed about:
- starting work on data strategy
- changing current data strategy and architecture due to growing business needs
- facing challenges related to data processing regulations
- lacking tool support and resources for data management
- new reporting needs or the need to streamline and centralize reporting
CDO Forum gave us great opportunities to talk and exchange experiences with data professionals during roundtable discussions and panels. We also participated in the General Meeting of DAMA Poland Association, a leading not-for-profit organization that aims to advance concepts and practices in information and data management.
If you did not have the opportunity to meet us at the conference, don’t worry! Write to us – let’s talk about data.
