We want our recruitment process to be transparent and efficient, so here’s an overview of the steps we take to get to know each other better:

 

Step 1 – HR interview

After reviewing your CV and confirming it meets our criteria, we’ll invite you to an introductory conversation. During this interview, we’ll dive into your background, skills, and the reasons behind your interest in joining our team. It’s also your chance to learn more about our company and clarify any questions you might have.

 

Step 2 – Skills assessment

At this stage, we’ll evaluate the technical expertise necessary for the role. The assessment will be customized to the position you’re applying for. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore the project details and determine if our company aligns with your career goals.

 

Step 3 – Meeting with your future manager

If you successfully complete the technical evaluation, we’ll arrange a meeting with your potential manager. This is the perfect time to discuss your role, its responsibilities, and available professional growth opportunities. It’s also a chance for us to ensure we’re aligned on expectations and to get to know each other better.

 

Step 4 – Meeting with the client (if applicable)

For roles that involve working directly with clients, you may be asked to meet with the project partners on the client’s side. This conversation will focus on the technical aspects required for the project to ensure both sides have aligned expectations and requirements.
