Responsibilities

    Talent Search: Use the latest recruitment tools, social media, and your creativity to find hidden gems in the IT world. Become a true talent hunter!

    Review and select applications, identifying the best candidates. Your attention to detail will be irreplaceable here.

  • liPoint

    Manage the interview schedule, maintain contact with candidates, and ensure the whole process runs smoothly and efficiently, including providing feedback.

    Create job profiles based on the required competencies to accurately identify the needs of our team.

  • liPoint

    Develop your network of professional contacts to constantly expand your talent base.

  • liPoint

    Create recruitment summaries and reports from which we can draw valuable conclusions together.

Requirements

    Are you familiar with LinkedIn and other recruitment portals? That's great! We'll teach you the rest.

  • liPoint

    You have the basic ability to use various sourcing tools and platforms effectively, including knowledge of LinkedIn Premium, X-Ray Search, etc.

  • liPoint

    You are interested in new technologies and eager to expand your knowledge in this area.

  • liPoint

    You know how to build relationships, are open to people, and can engage in interesting conversations.

  • liPoint

    You are characterized by independence, creativity, and readiness for new tasks.

  • liPoint

    You have very good knowledge of English (B2/C1).
