Summer at BitPeak kicks off with a teamwide meetup

It’s safe to say that summer has already begun at BitPeak! On June 25, we gathered at our Warsaw HQ on Opatowska Street to reflect on the first half of 2025—and to reconnect as a team. BitHikers from all corners of Poland made the trip, giving many of our remote team members a chance to meet in person.

Looking back to move forward

After a hectic first half of the day on daily syncs, internal workshops and calls with clients, we finally sit down to hear a keynote from Sebastian Kamiński. He shared a wrap-up of the past six months and outlined what’s ahead for the coming quarters. This strategic session provided us with an opportunity to step back, appreciate the progress we’ve made, and align on the path forward.

After the business part wrapped up, we moved into full summer mode:

BBQ on the terrace,
great conversations, and
a heated beer pong tournament

which brought everyone together in the best way. A sudden rain shower tried to surprise us, but we quickly got back to soaking up the sun and making the most of a laid-back, feel-good afternoon.

More than just a meetup

These kinds of meetups remind us how strong we are as a team. Not just when we’re online and efficient, but when we take the time to connect truly. With each in-person gathering, we grow closer, collaborate more smoothly, and build the kind of culture that makes BitPeak special.
