Connecting with future data talents at the SGH job fair

Last week, we joined the SGH Job Fair in Warsaw to meet students interested in building their careers in Data & AI. It was a great opportunity to share what working at BitPeak looks like and connect with future talent.

Talking data with future BitHikers

At our booth, Hubert Żbikowski, Bartłomiej Borycki and Dominik Wojtowicz were ready to talk about their experience in data engineering, data science, and data support. They shared what day-to-day work at BitPeak looks like and what challenges and opportunities come with it. These conversations quickly turned into engaging discussions with students exploring their career paths in data.

They were supported by our HR team, Dominika Jaworska and Alicja Nastałek, who were present throughout the event and open to conversations. They provided detailed information about the recruitment process, current openings, and what candidates can expect when joining BitPeak.

Visitors could also try their luck at our wheel of fortune. By spinning it, they had a chance to win BitPeak gadgets or take part in a CV consultation with our HR experts.

Next steps after the job fair

The job fair was a great opportunity to connect with many talented and motivated individuals. Many of them showed strong interest in developing their careers in data and could soon become part of the BitHikers community.
